From Assistant to Director: My Career Story

I spent years working behind the scenes—faithful, hardworking, capable—but still overlooked. I knew I was meant for more, but I didn’t have the clarity or confidence to claim it. At one point, I was earning under $40K a year while operating below my potential and silently wondering, “God, is this it?”Then I made a decision: I would stop shrinking, start healing, and finally trust that my voice was worthy of the next level.

Through prayer, vision, and divine strategy, I shifted from Assistant to Director. And today, I walk in six-figure purpose—not just income, but impact. That journey changed my life. Now, I am determined to help other women do the same.

Rooted deeply in my Christian faith, I believe transformation begins in the presence of God and is sustained by intentional action. Through biblically grounded mentorship, powerful devotionals, and my signature coaching framework, I guide women through the messy middle — helping them confront doubt, reclaim identity, and walk boldly in purpose.
